Are You Achieving Your Weight Loss Goals?

Here are four ways to achieve your Weight Loss Goals and improve your health once and for all:

1. Set attainable goals. Unreasonable goals set people up for failure. If you’ve been 75 pounds overweight since college, it’s unreasonable to think you’re going to drop that weight overnight. Instead, set reasonable, short-term goals and objectives. Plan on how many cycles it will take with our program, correlate with your calendar and set 2 or 3 smaller weight loss goals that will eventually equal the desired 75 lb loss.

2. Have a support system. Surround yourself with people who will help you achieve your goals. That’s our purpose at LiquidHCGdiet.com! Stay connected on facebook and be an active part of our community.

3. Be positive. Healthy lifestyle changes such as exercising or eating better can have a big impact on your overall health. Rather than focusing on what you’re giving up, focus on the gain. We have heard from people who have lost 18 lbs in 20 days and are upset because they’ve experiencing a plateau in weight loss. Stay positive, expect challenges and work through them. Changing your lifestyle is never easy but definitely worth it and you might as well focus on all your achievements rather than the struggles.

4. Persevere. Many times, Weight Loss Goals are derailed by one slip up. This doesn’t have to be the case. If your goal is to lose weight with our HCG protocol and you eat a piece of chocolate in Phase 2, start fresh the next day, act like it never happened and move forward. Use your slip up as a learning tool. Why did it happen and what can you do to prevent it from happening again?

For all of you who have been a positive influence, shared your success and have encouraged others on our facebook site, we commend you for your efforts and thank you for your love and support.

To Your Health,

Dr. Humble Finsand

  1. I have about 30 lbs. I want to lose. I have never had any problems with weight before. This is a rough program. My excuse is stress & medications, again excuse. I have been in phase 2 for five days and have lost 4 lbs. Happy lady. unfortunately no smaller size yet.

  2. Stay the course. It will come off, be assured. My body has changed drastically in 11 days with 11 pounds lost. I have not measured yet but intend too soon. I can get into pants I could not get into last week. It is worth the work to get it off. I need to lose a ton, so hang in there. Drink your water.
