Not Giving Up on Your VLCD

One of the fastest ways to lose weight is to simply expend more calories than you intake.  We all know that but it is tough to do without help.  Of course, when you combine that with a catalyst that encourages your body to burn even more fat than dieting alone can, you are going to see dramatic weight loss. This is what the HCG diet does. It combines the HCG hormone with a VLCD (very low calorie diet) to create incredible success when it comes to weight loss.

So why isn’t every person who needs or wants to lose weight doing it? Well, for one it requires people to even hear that this type of diet is available.  The word is getting out quickly as people are dropping weight and their friends and family want to follow.  It can also be challenging to stick to a VLCD. Very low calories can be overwhelming to some, especially at the start and it can be hard to stick to strict dieting guidelines, overcoming cravings, and eating fewer calories.
