Fitness tips to help you start a workout program in Phase 3

How To Create A New Weight “Set Point”

Once you’ve finished Phase 2 of the Liquid HCG Diet and start Phase 3, I recommend that you start an exercise program, or continue and add to one if you have been follwing the Liquid HCG ACTIVE  plan. Phase 3 is when you reset the hypothalamus and create a new weight “Set Point”. If you want to keep the weight off this is the most important phase!
