The 4 Phases Of The Liquid HCG Diet Plan

Phase 1: Two days that are often called the binge or load phase. Begin taking Amino Diet Plus+ drops and eat high fat foods. Phase 3: This phase is the KEY to keeping your weight off. For the 3 weeks immediately following phase 2 you will stop taking the drops and slowly increase your calories up to 1500 calories daily.   2. Are your HCG drops screened for HIV and others? I have been reading about this being a reason to question the diet. However, according to what I know about biology, it doesnt make sense that a virus can live without a live cell. Can you tell me about how your HCG component is screened?

    • Unfortunately none. Diet sodas all contain the aspartame that is the one that you want to avoid. There is a soda that is sweetened with stevia or xylitol that isn’t as bad – you would have to look online a bit for that one though. I don’t think it is readily available in stores.

  3. I have celiac disease. All of the crackers listed have gluten. Do you have any suggestions for a carb I could eat instead of the crackers? gluten free ones tend to have more fat and calories than regular crackers :(

    • Any healthy type cracker would work as long as you stay within the 40 daily calories. However, if you can’t find one that is okay with celiacs then you can skip the cracker and add vegetables to make up that difference in calories.

  4. Hi I am looking at starting this diet. Under recommendation of my gp – my concern is I am type 2 diabetic plus have thyroid disease so have struggled to loose weight – have continuously put it on. I am worried that such a low calorie will cause major sugar lows plus what are the long term effects of being on a low calorie diet – even for a short period of time? Please help as my excess weight of 100 lbs is taking it’s toll on my health

    • We do always recommend with any medical condition that it be under the supervision of your doctor but we have had many people with type 2 diabetes and thyroid conditions do great while on the program. Your loss may be a little slower then you see some others report but you can still do great. With the blood sugar you will want to keep a fruit handy and if you need to increase calories to keep that from happening then you can. We can help you through that as well.   5. Help- I am so motivated and lost 10.6 lbs in 12 days. This week Monday was 2 oz, Tuesday 2oz and this morning nothing. Any suggestions. I have been following the diet and 500 calories.

    • Women lose weight in what we call stair steps meaning that you may lose steadily for a day or so and then you may stall for a few days and so on. What you want to focus on is a daily average at the end of your program. Also – make sure you are getting all your water in and consuming closer to 520-530 calories per day.

  6. I quit smoking 1 year ago and since then I gained 20lbs.. I’ve been on this diet a few days and no matter what I do I am still always hungry! Would I be able to take appetite suppressants or something? I have been drinking 100oz of water everyday and I still feel very hungry. I eat so slow and about an hour later I feel like I haven’t ate all day. Any suggestions?

  7. Are you supposed to eat the 100 grams of the recommended food for lunch and dinner or only once/day/ Also I’ve been told to take the liquid drops under the tongue 2x/day (every 12 hrs.) but saw that you take it 3xday here. What do I follow?
