Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder (opt)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon butter
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in one cup
Mix wet ingredients in another cup
Mix dry with wet
Microwave for 1.5 min.
Take out of mug, cut into bread slices, spread sweetened (with stevia) cream cheese on each slice.
