Grapefruit/Asparagus Shrimp Salad (P2)

Servings: 1 cups
Ingredients
  • 1/2 grapefruit flesh (juice set aside)
  • 4 grilled/boiled shrimp
  • 6 asparagus spears (grilled/steamed)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ground mustard (no carb)

Stevia

    Coarse Salt

      Cracked Pepper

        Directions
        Combine lettuce, shrimp, asparagus and grapefruit. In a bowl or dressing container mix: juice of 1/2 grapefruit, dash of coarse salt, dash of cracked pepper, 1/2 tsp Stevia, 1/2 tsp ground mustard. Pour over salad and enjoy!
